People you invite to your team are automatically assigned the Member role, which is the least privileged role on Keypup.
As an Admin, you can edit the role of a team member by going to Settings > Team Management.
Locate the team member you wish to edit, and click the more button (...) at the end of the line, then select a role to switch to.
