To invite new team members, head to Settings > Team Management.
As a team Admin, click on Add team member on the top-right corner of your screen then enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click on Send invite.
Your invitee will receive an email with a link to join your company on Keypup.
N.B. For security reasons, the invite is valid for 72h only. It is always possible to resend the invite if the link has expired. |
If your invitee does not receive the email, you can copy the invite link by clicking the dots (...) at the end of the line, from the same page.
Upon clicking on the link they will be prompted to log in or sign-up. The platform will then confirm they want to accept the invite.
You can review pending invites at any time from the Team Management page. Invites that are expired or already accepted are automatically hidden.
