Field ID: <code>review_suggestions_offered</code>

Description: The number of suggestions the AI assistant made in pull request reviews. Distinct from <code>suggestions_offered</code>, which covers IDE completions.

The <code>Review suggestions offered</code> field counts comments the assistant left on pull requests. It is deliberately separate from IDE suggestions, which are an unrelated population.

Review volume: Group by repository to see where AI review is most active, and where it may be producing more noise than value.

Review acceptance rate: Pair it with <code>review_suggestions_accepted</code>, which only GitHub Copilot publishes.

Never add it to IDE suggestions: A review comment and an inline completion are different things. Combining them makes both meaningless.
