<b>Syntax</b>: <code>GREATEST(value1, ..., valueN)</code>

<b>Description</b>: Return the highest value from a list of provided values. This operator applies to a predetermined list of values.

This operator is not an aggregator. It applies to dimensional values only. To return the maximum value in a group (metric), use the <code>MAX</code> aggregator instead.

<code>GREATEST(1,2,3)</code> returns <code>3</code>

<code>GREATEST(created_at, updated_at)</code> will always return <code>updated_at</code> by definition.

- <code>GREATEST(1,2,3)</code> returns <code>3</code>
- <code>GREATEST(created_at, updated_at)</code> will always return <code>updated_at</code> by definition.
