Field ID: <code>lines_suggested_deleted</code>

Description: The number of lines of code the AI assistant offered to delete, whether or not the suggestion was accepted. Compare with <code>lines_deleted</code>, which is what actually reached the file.

The <code>Lines suggested (deleted)</code> field is the deletion counterpart of suggested additions, and is the sparsest of the four line measures.

Refactoring signal: Suggested deletions indicate refactoring and cleanup rather than new feature work.
