Description: The datetime at which the measurement last changed. Providers restate past days as late telemetry arrives, so a day can be updated well after it closed.

Transformation logic: Set to the time at which the record's content was last seen to change. A re-read that returns identical figures does not move it.

The <code>Updated at</code> field tracks data freshness rather than activity. It answers "when did Keypup last see this figure change", not "when did the work happen".

Never trend usage on it: Use <code>created_at</code> for anything measuring activity. Trending on <code>updated_at</code> charts when telemetry arrived, which is a property of the provider's pipeline.

Spotting restatements: A record whose <code>updated_at</code> is much later than its <code>created_at</code> is a day the provider revised after the fact - useful when a historical figure in a report changes and someone asks why.
